THE PRODUCT

Where are your products made?
I work with a family-run manufacturer in Turkey and every single product we make together is thoughtfully created. Our manufacturers are based in Turkey's Aegean textile hub—known globally to make the best towels in the world—and partnered with us to create the best and softest towels possible.

What are they made of?
We use only 100% organic materials. All our products are made from 100% organic cotton and are ethically sourced and custom-made, with no toxins, harmful dyes or products.

Why organic?
We’re glad you asked! There are many reasons we choose to use 100% organic only. Some of the differences are stated below.

What do GOTS and Oeko-Tex certified mean?
A lot of products that are labelled as "organic" can still be processed with toxic chemicals - this means that their fibres are grown organically, but still treated with toxins in the production phase.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and Oeko-Tex certification means that the materials have no chemicals and toxins used any stage of the process—growth and production. They are the cleanest possible materials, which are as kind to humans, and the environment, as possible.

What is GSM?
This means grams per square metre and measures the quality of the towel. The higher the GSM, the more luxurious the terry towel and the more absorbent.

For traditional terry towels, the higher the GSM, the higher the quality of towel. All our traditional towels are 700GSM.

How should I care for my products?
Wash in cool water and tumble dry low - good for your goods, and good for the planet!

We are primarily available online, but we can be found in "real-life" every now and again.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Droplet is run 100% by me and I truly appreciate your understanding when it comes to processing orders. For now, I am doing all order fulfilment single handedly. I will be shipping orders twice weekly from our space in Vancouver—on Mondays and Thursdays. Please allow maximum 3-4 days before your order is shipped, depending on when you place your order.

If there are any delays or unforeseen circumstances, all customers will be informed of the delay, and the cause.

Within Canada
We offer free shipping through Canada Post on all orders over $100.

Free expedited shipping: 1-7 business days
Xpress post: 1-2 business days. Costs are covered by the purchaser.
Priority post: next business day. Costs are covered by the purchaser.

We also ship to the US and internationally but shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and calculated at checkout.

USA
Orders shipping to the US will be sent via Canada post. Costs are covered by the purchaser.

Small Packet: 5-8 business days (under 1kg)
Tracked Packet: 4-7 business days (under 1kg)
Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days
XPresspost Shipping: 2-3 business days

International
Orders shipping internationally will be sent via Canada post. Costs are covered by the purchaser.

Small Packet international (by air): 6-10 business days (under 2kg)
International Parcel (by air): 12+ business days (for countries where Xpresspost International isn't offered)
Tracked Packet - International: 6-10 business days (under 2 kgs)
Xpresspost International: 4-7 business days

RETURNS

To make a return, please email hello@droplethomegoods.com for a returns form.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@droplethomegoods.com.

Shipping
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
