Wash in cool water and tumble dry low - good for your goods, and good for the planet.

Avoid using bleach or any softeners as these could react with the organic dye and cause discolouration.

Please also beware of facial creams, ointments, or any skincare products that treat acne or use chemicals like benzoyl peroxide as these can bleach out colour. 

Be careful with pets or anything that might snag your blanket. These are handwoven, and while they are tightly loomed, they may snag on your pet's paws if they get too cozy.

We work with a family-run manufacturer in Turkey and every single product we make together is thoughtfully created. Our manufacturers are based in Turkey's Aegean textile region—known globally to make the best towels in the world—and partnered with us to create the best and softest towels possible.

We use only 100% organic materials. All our products are made from 100% organic cotton and are ethically sourced and custom-made, with no toxins, harmful dyes or products.

We’re glad you asked! There are many reasons we choose to use 100% organic only. Some of the differences are stated below.

A lot of products that are labelled as "organic" can still be processed with toxic chemicals - this means that their fibres are grown organically, but still treated with toxins in the production phase.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and Oeko-Tex certification means that the materials have no chemicals and toxins used any stage of the process—growth and production. They are the cleanest possible materials, which are as kind to humans, and the environment, as possible.

This means grams per square metre and measures the quality of the towel. The higher the GSM, the more luxurious the terry towel and the more absorbent.

Droplet is run 100% by two people - we do everything from designing products, building our website, crafting marketing content and shipping goods! We lovingly package and fulfill every single order by hand.

How long do I have to make a return?

We offer a 30-day return window from shipment arrival for full-priced goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale or discounted items.

How do I return my products?

For people in Canada, we will email you a shipping label for Canada Post or UPS. Return postage is a flat rate of $15.

For people in the USA, we will email you a shipping label for Purolator or USPS. Return postage is a flat rate of $30.

Goods must be in original condition (unused and unwashed)

Your package must include original packaging material and be unused and unwashed. If you are returning a non returnable item, we reserve the right to decline your return and you will incur a $40 return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed

Only regular priced items may be returned. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

We are happy to cover the cost of return postage for your exchange.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.
